論文中文摘要:資訊科技以及網際網路的發展帶動全球營建產業資訊化,建築資訊模型(Building Information Modeling, BIM)於規劃設計階段整合各專業領域並透過視覺化方式進行溝通協調,以增進專案團隊工作效率與生產力,經研究發現若要徹底執行BIM於專案之中仍須克服多專業即早彙整導致資訊分散等問題,諸多線上甚至雲端協同平台隨之開發以解決此類問題,其特色為管理與協同BIM專案產生之所有資訊,管理模式採取開放式與設置簡易權限管理功能,並無針對任一專案團隊設計BIM模型管理流程以及角色權責對應權限之設置,導致平台僅發揮檢視與資訊管理等單階段溝通功能,無法有效提供利益相關者BIM模型之流程管理,故本研究將專注於監造單位管理施工階段營造廠BIM模型審核及修正模式之研擬,並結合資料庫建置成系統。BIM模型審核及修正管理系統採用三層式架構(Three-Tier)建構Web-based BIM模型審查及修正管理平台,規劃監造單位與營造廠於BIM專案執行BIM模型修正、審核與核定之作業流程,並透過階層式時間預警提醒監造單位管理營造廠BIM模型審核及修正資訊之提交,以防資訊分散及提升資訊正確性、完整性與一致性。本研究之BIM模型審核及修正系統將進行案例導入以探討實際應用衍生之問題與限制以及其效益,作為後續研究之參考。
論文英文摘要:The Building Information Modeling (BIM) approach, which is utilized to retain information in a digital format, facilitates easy information updating and transfer in the three-dimensional (3D) CAD environment. When the use of BIM models are utilized for BIM applications, the inspection and modification work of BIM models will be increased and important. Furthermore, the result and record for inspection and modification of BIM models are necessary to be communicated and managed effectively. However, the email, one of the most convenient ways, is selected and adapted as a communication tool among BIM manager, BIM engineers, and supervisions during the BIM models inspection and modification process. Moreover, it cannot record and manage the BIM models inspection and modification information and results effectively during the process. Although , BIM collaborative platforms application are emphasis developing items in the industry. Several cloud-based collaboration platform which manage all information produced by BIM project have been applied already. But such these platforms are lack of providing project stakeholders BIM models information inspecting flow management. Therefore, this research focuses on workflow control of inspecting and modifying of BIM models between supervision unit and general contraction during construction phase. To improve the performance of BIM models inspection and modification management, the proposed approach and system can be enhanced for workflow management of BIM models of authorizing, inspecting and modifying between supervision unit and general contractors. The proposed system was applied in a selected case study in Taiwan to verify our proposed methodology and to demonstrate the effectiveness of proposed system. Finally, the study identifies the benefits, limitation, and suggestions for further applications.
