論文中文摘要:近年來,建築資訊模型(Building Information Modeling, BIM)技術在建築工程中輔助營造廠事先察覺施工階段可能遇到之困難,讓營造廠預先提出應對方法,提高營建施工的效率與品質,也爲施工單位省下人力與費用。而相較於建築工程之BIM技術,土木資訊模型(Civil Information Modeling, CIM)乃將BIM於建築工程之技術應用於規模較大、費用較高之土木基礎工程,其預期所帶來之效益將更甚建築工程。
本研究探討CIM應用相較於BIM之不同處,整理、歸納目前國內土木基礎工程之困境,並透過文獻回顧與專家訪談的方式彙整土木基礎工程施工階段導入CIM之需求、營造廠導入CIM之人員規劃、CIM於施工階段之應用內容說明,接著針對常見之土木資訊模型應用類型繪製作業流程。為了讓提出之應用流程更符合實際之作業,本研究將導入實際案例,根據案例之執行演練結果,討論及分析CIM導入之效益與困難,並回饋至各項應用流程與CIM執行建議,完善本研究所提出之研究內容。
CIM之應用對於土木基礎建設工程之效益不可限量,不僅能幫助營造廠解決2D圖說判斷之誤差、進行衝突碰撞之排除、解決不同專業施工界面整合之問題,也讓關心此建設之民眾以更親民的管道、更具象的方式參與工程。CIM技術之導入將使營造廠更精確、更有效率、且以更具競爭力的費用完成土木基礎建設工程。
論文英文摘要:Recently, Civil Information Modeling (CIM) becomes the latest technology and can be applied to civil and infrastructure engineering. The major benefits of applying CIM includes presenting and simulating construction operations through 3D illustration and making advanced analysis and review for construction management. The use of 2D CAD drawings applied usually causes misunderstandings and problems easily in Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) projects. To enhance the performance of analysis and review for construction management of MRT projects, this study proposes a CIM-based construction management approach for general contractors during the construction phase in the MRT projects. The proposed approach is then applied in the selected MRT project case study to discuss the effectiveness of CIM-based construction management approach in practice. The combining results demonstrate that a proposed approach can be an effective construction management approach by utilizing CIM technologies. Finally, this study identifies and summaries the benefits, limitations, conclusions and suggestions for further applications.
