論文中文摘要:近年各行各業皆因科技快速發展、電腦軟硬體日新月異而開始發展新技術,土木建築領域則開始發展建築資訊模型(Building Information Modeling, BIM)技術, BIM技術於不同工程生命週期提供不同效益。在施工階段時變更設計及BIM模型更新情形相當普遍,一般卻以文字記述或模型檔案區分不同時間點之更新,過往方法不易從專案中找出曾修改的元件及變動,若BIM模型無進行適當管理,將難以傳達施工變動及後續追蹤,可能導致現場誤用舊版模型或產生BIM模型與現場不一致狀態,降低BIM應用於施工階段之效益。為了改善以上問題,本研究將對建築工程施工階段之BIM施工模型管理模式進行研究,建置BIM施工模型管理流程及BIM施工模型管理表單,期望幫助專案人員能快速查詢、追蹤、管理BIM模型,使專案人員能夠隨時掌握更新訊息與進度,提升施工階段資訊管理效率、現場與模型一致的可能性,藉由一致性後續施工模擬正確性提升。最後,本研究導入實際案例,經由實際案例探討效益、遭遇問題、限制及提出結論與建議,給後續應用參考。
論文英文摘要:The accuracy of an as-built BIM model is necessary and important for further applications during the construction phase. However, serious problems of as-built BIM models exist in practice because of as-built model mismatch and incorrect information entry of as-built models. In order to solve the above problems, this study proposes a BIM as-built model management approach for the general contractors during the construction phase. The utilization of the proposed approach can effectively manage the modified status and results of the as-built BIM models management during the process. The proposed approach was applied in selected building case studies in Taiwan to verify our proposed approach and to demonstrate the effectiveness of as-built BIM models management practically. Finally, the benefits, limitations, conclusion and suggestion are summarized for further applications.
