論文中文摘要:臺灣道路瀝青層破損,有關單位將視情況決定局部修補或是開挖補強。大面積的破損,施工單位通常會選擇試開挖,找出是否存在地下孔洞。此明挖方式不僅造成政府財政支出、誤挖管線及重機具施工噪音等問題。如果能於開挖前先得知路面下是否含有孔洞,此可大幅降低開挖次數及範圍。
本研究以透地雷達於室內試驗模擬現地道路孔洞,藉由改變人造孔洞大小、位置及形狀,觀察所對應之圖像特徵,再經由ReflexW後處理,使用濾波或增益等功能強化訊號及解析,最後於現地進行量測,結果顯示現地回填土層複雜而較多干擾,但經後處理可改善,並與室內試驗得到相近的特徵,證實透地雷達用於道路下孔洞之探勘成效,未來可投入於道路養護單位加以運用。
論文英文摘要:When damage occurs to the asphalt pavement of roads in Taiwan, the competent authority needs to determine to perform local repair on the damaged part or a larger-scale excavation and reinforcement. In case that the damage covers a substantially large area, the contractor usually chooses a pilot excavation trying to determine the existence of underground cavities. However, open excavations like this often result in extra costs to the government, and there are always issues accompanying such activities, including possible collateral damage to buried utilities or construction noises from heavy machines. The number and extent of excavation can be reduced if it is determined whether there is any cavities hidden under the road.
It was the intention of this study to apply ground penetrating radar for locating underground cavities in an indoor simulated setup. The corresponding graphic characteristics were monitored by changing the size, location and shape of manmade cavities, before the post-processing with ReflexW. The signals and resolutions were enhanced using functions such as filtering or gains. Finally, an in-situ measurement was performed in the field. The results showed that the in-situ backfill featured complex soil composition and generated interferences. However, characteristics were obtained similar to those from the indoor simulation. It was proven that ground penetrating radar was effectively applied to surveying cavities under roads. This may be worth considering for road maintenance.
