論文中文摘要:CPM/LOB為重複性專案的排程方法論,其源自線性平衡法(Line-of-Balance, LOB)結合要徑法(Critical Path Method, CPM)的作業邏輯與浮時觀念進行改良,彌補要徑法於重複性排程時對連續性作業管控之不足,因此CPM/LOB能夠在有限資源連續施作的前提下提供更多重複性工程較適當的排程規劃;透過對CPM/LOB之方法論與相關應用研究進行分析,發現CPM/LOB的排程方式複雜且耗費時間過長,所以本研究分析相關計算式與排程方式之原理,以此為基礎改良CPM/LOB的排程計算方式使其可透過數值計算完成排程。
本研究提出CPM/LOB的改良排程模式與計算公式並套入實際案例進行測試,以瞭解CPM/LOB於實際工程中的應用成效,分析發現改良排程模式簡化原先圖形排程與壓縮工期時之步驟,並包含以下至要成果:(一) 排程時利用數學計算的分析方式取代原始CPM/LOB的排程圖形分析方式且提升分析的效率;(二) 本研究考慮PDM之四種作業邏輯,提升重複性專案排程應用性;(三)改良CPM/LOB方法降低分析之複雜度且使更容易瞭解;(四)建置CPM/LOB排程系統。
論文英文摘要:The CPM/LOB technique for planning and scheduling repetitive projects, has been used since the 1994. It is originate from LOB(Line-of-Balance) then Suhail and Neale combine LOB with CPM(Critical Path Method). For repetitive project, the CPM/LOB provides more complete scheduling logic and analysis to paths.
However, for user is too complex, because it has to use “Graphics stacking” when the CPM/LOB used to scheduling. It is unwieldy in large projects, difficult to update or accelerate, and does not immediately give an accurate measure of the time progress of a project. This research presents a new method for the CPM/LOB, provide a more faster simple method for calculating scheduling. We consider the causes of buffer time(BT), interval time(Lag) and PDM(Precedence Diagram Method). So, we increase the CPM/LOB to more application and practical value.
