摘要:This paper treats of some micro-structure's properties on surface for studying the defogging phenomenon, which is famous and called Lotus effect. The experiments generate micro-grain side on the glasses using optical system of micro-exposure, which is new and self developed in the laboratory. The analysis and discussion focus on the influence of grain size, grain distance, and grain shape. For the previous purposes, the preliminary experimental study generated the grain size and grain distance from 600um to 110um. The applied material of grain is photo resist, which can reacts with ultra violet (UV) light and becomes hardening. The grain size, grain distance, and grain shape are determined by using different photo masks, which are self produced in the laboratory. Two different grain shapes of square and circle are applied in the experimental measurements. Experimental measurements observed the fogged situation and evapotranspiration of vapor on these coated glasses as run conditions. The evapotranspiration rate had the foggy tendency that the smaller the grains size is, the smaller the evapotranspiration rate is.
