論文中文摘要:藝術品,表示具藝術價值的創意物品,它包含油畫、中國畫、木刻、木雕、郵票、水粉畫、水彩畫、冰雕、沙雕、泥塑、油畫、版畫等有實體的存在,音樂、電視、電影等非實物的類型也算在藝術品的範圍。因藝術品具有龐大的商業價值,而導致了「藝術贗品」的出現,贗品不同於複製品或仿品為了教育與其他目的而被複製,且不會標記註明,假冒成原作出售,獲取不當的利益。
本研究提出一個方法利用區塊鏈技術為畫作建立類似電子身分證的證書並儲存,利用區塊鏈不可竄改的特性確保作品資訊的安全性,讓用戶清楚作品的來源,並同樣利用區塊鏈技術儲存作品的交易紀錄,減少詐欺的發生,希望可以改善民眾對於商品真偽的不確定性產生的不信任感造成購買意願上的影響。
論文英文摘要:Artwork is a work with artistic value (e.g., paintings, woodcarvings, ice engravings, sand Sculpture, stamps, music, movies). Because of the huge Economic value of Artwork, art forgeries what are copies represented as the originals have appeared.
This research presents a method using Blockchain to create electronic certificate for paintings. The characteristic of the Blockchain is inherently resistant to modification of the data to ensafe the secure of the paintings’ information. Thus, the information of paintings are trust to clients. Also saving the transactions with Blockchain technology can reduce the happen of fraud. Created by the proposed method, the electronic certificate for paintings can enhance the purchase intention via reducing the uncertainty of the Paintings’ information.
