論文中文摘要:The study aims to provide users an App to be used on smartphones or handheld devices to access to hospital bed availability prior to sending patients or going to the hospital. The handheld device serves as a tool to find out in advance the useful medical information such as the fastest route to the nearby hospitals, which clinics and departments are available in a hospital, and the bed or room availability in the hospital. The app is able to show patients the right hospitals and reduce the time of transportation between hospitals.
The methodology of the development of the app includes data collection, data generation, interface design and validation and testing.
The app shows significant effectiveness and efficiency in searching and locating a hospital that meets the user’s needs. The study and design of the smart handheld device for hospital clinics and beds database makes a contribution in identifying and locating a hospital in an efficient way. The smart handheld device is able to help medical resources be used effectively and help the patient (or the user) receive immediate medical treatment.
