論文中文摘要:本研究旨在探討根黴菌發酵萃取物(簡稱RE)之生產過程品質等之濃度的控管,以便做為客戶的使用評估效果之回饋。以RE為基底調製的各式動物飼料添加劑,是合台生化股份有限公司三十多年來歷久不衰的產品。多年來的飼主回報及國內外的相關研究,都指出RE添加於各個經濟動物的飼料中餵食,具有以下幾種不同的功效: 一.有效改善動物於人工高密度養育過程中的抗緊迫能力。二.提高動物的免疫力,減少抗生素的使用。三.改良動物的繁殖障礙問題。雖然市場上的反應熱絡,但是多年的研究下來,其有效因子卻仍是未知,因此,在不知有效成分為何的狀況下,產品的品質只能一直靠經驗或是顏色,味道等來做控管。本論文針對此點,希望發展出較精密的科學儀器分析來做為RE品質的評估,最後並輔以田間試驗回報的成效作為有效分析數據的挑選,希望藉此建立一套可依賴的間接RE品質評估標準,作為該公司未來生產的依據。在收集近一年約30多批次生產的RE樣品,以分光光度計全波長掃描,已找出一段吸收波可做為樣本不同濃度的測量標準,並用HPLC分析,訂出RE的分析圖譜作為產品身份的辨識標記,也嘗試的找尋RE的特異性的光譜吸收標記。
論文英文摘要:Using the extracts of Rhizopus fermentation (designed RE) as the base to develop different animal feed supplements to be the products of UNION FORMOSA BIOCHEMISTRY CO., LTD. are popular in market more than thirty years. According to the end user feedback and several scientific studies, animal feeds mixed with RE would improve the physical activity of animal in the following aspects. The first function is to release the stress syndrome in fostered animals. The second function is to increase the immune response of animals, that can eliminate the usage of antibiotics in them. The third function is to partially restore the reproductive ability in animals. Although the RE products are selling like the hot cakes, their functional factors are still unidentified. Therefore, the quality of RE products are determined based on the colors and odors of RE by the well-experienced worker. This study would like to develop novel analytical methods to qualify the effectiveness of RE by using scientific equipment. Once the methods are developed and together with the user feedbacks of products from different batches, it will be useful to find the effective data to evaluate the quality of RE. After analyzing more than thirty products with different lot numbers, we found a wave length that can be used to determine the concentration of RE by spectrophotometer. We also used HPLC to establish an analytical map as the identification markers of effective RE. Finally, we want to identify the RE specific elements by comparison of RE and its raw materials by HPLC analysis.
