論文中文摘要:在現今高競爭的時代下,對整體供應鏈影響最大的一個活動來自於供應商的選擇,因為選擇良好供應商除了能夠提升競爭力,對於日後長遠合作,都會影響企業的成長性,因此在供應鏈中,採購是極為重要的,特別是在高科技產業,如何去選擇供應商及分配適當地訂購量給予各供應商,是對企業影響極大的課題。供應商選擇屬於多準則決策問題,其中多準則決策依照決策空間又分為多屬性決策與多目標決策,多屬性決策指在考慮多個準則及有限方案的情況下,選擇最優良方案;而多目標決策指在各種目標及各種限制下求得一個最佳化的解答。本研究首先使用改良式PROMETHEE將多個供應商在多個準則下進行排序,再利用模糊多目標規劃法於價格折扣及各種限制下,求得成本與不良率等目標的最小化,將訂購量給予各供應商,同時解決供應商選擇中質性與量性的問題。本研究以某電子零組件製造商為例,實際進行專家訪問取得資料,建構訂單分配模型,經由運算後,證明此方法為有效方法。
論文英文摘要:In today’s highly competitive environment, one of the critical activities on the overall supply chain is supplier selection. To choose good suppliers not only make enterprise more competitive but also influence its growth for long-term cooperation. Therefore, procurement is extremely important activity, especially in the high-tech industries. How to choose supplier and allocate appropriate orders to each supplier is a key issue to enterprise. Supplier selection is a multiple criteria decision making (MCDM) problem. MCDM can be divided into multiple attributes decision making (MADM) and multiple objective decision making (MODM) which depends on their decision space. MADM means to choose the best one among finite alternatives under multiple criteria; MODM means to find an optimal solution with multiple objectives and constraints. In this study, a hybrid MCDM model is applied to get sequence of suppliers and order allocation. A hybrid MCDM model is developed to account for tangible, intangible, quantitative and qualitative factors which is used to evaluate supplier and to define a compromise order quantities for each supplier. Finally, an electronic components manufacturer is chosen as an example to illustrate the model. Based on the real data from experts, the case study proves that the hybrid MCDM model is practical and effective.
