論文中文摘要:求職者面對未知的新工作與環境的不熟悉,導致對新環境與新組織的適應不良,常常是新進人員離職的主要原因;而求職者面對新工作被錄取後,至報到就職的這段時間,通常公司組織並不會提供任何的協助或溝通,而僅是確認薪資以及報到日期時間;故本研究提出一個應用程式解決方案,結合真實工作預覽,強化與錄取者的溝通品質,並提供相關的工作內容資訊,藉此讓錄取者產生對公司組織的認同與歸屬感。
研究的結果如下:
(1) 此解決方案所提出的功能與內容,絕大部份獲得受訪者的認同。
(2) 此解決方案是否能分擔人事相關工作同仁的負擔,未獲得支持。
(3) 必須視公司產業與特質來適當的規劃資訊的內容與呈現方式。
(4) 建議公司在面對錄取者時,必須站在主動的態度進行溝通。
論文英文摘要:The purpose of this study is to propose a solution that combines the functionality of the app with Real Job Preview to improve the quality of communication with the candidates and provide relevant information of the work before the enrollment.
The results of the research are as follows: (1) The respondents for the functionality and contains of this solution is hold a positive attitude. (2) Whether this feature can share the burden of human resource related work colleagues is unsupported. (3) The content of information and the method of presentation of the app should be proper planning accordingly. (4) Recommend that the attitude of the company should be proactive when they communicate with the newcomers.
