論文中文摘要:隨著近年來我國電子商務市場交易的形成與普及,網路拍賣服務很快的受到市場的青睞。消費者也開始將這些折舊的商品拿到網路通路上販售,進而衍生二手商品拍賣的市場。
目前在拍賣網站中出售物品的賣方,由於缺乏市場行情判斷與銷售經驗,因此在網路上拍賣商品時,產生許多交易上的障礙,特別是在線上議價中往往缺乏有效的議價策略,對於在網路拍賣市場販賣二手商品缺乏相關殘值訂價的依據或公式,在二手商品的買賣中,往往最難的是定價的合理性,而造成議價結果不盡理想。
本研究將從台灣各大網路拍賣網站蒐集大量的二手商品資料,利用對大量資料的挖掘、整理,並透過本研究所提出兩個估價模型作估價運算;分別為相似度與內插法模型。其相似度模型,透過比對商品與商品間屬性的相似度的高低作權重比,參考商品的價格來做估價的評估,如此也可以對缺乏完整資訊的商品(如:缺少商品型號、屬性質)進行估價;另一內插法模型,將參照使用者對商品的排名評比,依據評比名次與價格利用線性內插法求得價格。使得本研究所提出的估價模型可以對任何折舊商品進行殘值的估算。
最後以實驗法透過實驗組與對照組比值的相似程度比較,實驗對象以二手電腦零組件與單眼相機做為例,用以驗證估價實驗結果的優劣,在相似度與內插法模型上的實驗結果,整體相似比值都在0.7之上,進而證實本研究所提出估價方法的準確性。欲發展一套符合二手市場的訂價估價模型,補強二手市場行情估算擬訂上之不足之處,以期協助交易者更有效率完成線上交易。
論文英文摘要:With the formation of China in recent years with the popularity of e-commerce market, the online auction service favored by the market very quickly, because of the low barriers to entry online auction, and the process transparent and to facilitate the rise of online auction has become a new wave trend. Consumers have begun to get these depreciation of goods sold on the web path, and then used commodity derivatives market auction.
Items currently sold at auction site sellers, due to lack of market judgment and sales experience, so on the Internet auction of goods, an obstacle to trade on many, especially online bargain bargaining often lack effective bargaining strategies, for the the sale of second-hand goods online auction market pricing is based on lack of residual value or formula in the sale of second-hand goods, often the hardest part is reasonable pricing, which leads to the bargaining results are not satisfactory.
In this study, Taiwan's major online auction sites will collect a large number of second-hand goods data, use of large amounts of data mining, sorting, and raised two valuation models for valuation of operation through this research; and respectively the similarity interpolation model . Its similarity model, through the comparison between the level of goods and merchandise attributes similarity copyright heavier than the reference price to assess the valuation of goods to do so may be the lack of complete information on the goods (such as: lack of marque, is a nature ) valuation; another interpolation model, with reference to users of the commodity ranking competitions, calculated on the basis of price and price appraisal rank by linear interpolation. Making the valuation model proposed in this study can estimate the residual value of any commodity depreciation.
Finally, through a similar assay to compare the extent of the experimental and control groups ratio of test subjects to second-hand computer components and SLRs do, for example, to verify the merits of the valuation results, experimental results on the similarity and interpolation model As a result, the overall similarity ratio are above 0.7, indicating that the valuation model to estimate the price be very close to their real market value, and then confirm the accuracy of the valuation methods proposed Institute. We hope to further develop a pricing valuation models to meet consumer secondary market, reinforcing the secondary market price estimate on the elaboration of deficiencies in order to assist traders to complete online transactions more efficiently.
